Hello everyone, and Happy Thanksgiving! Welcome to Funtastic Friday #256! Today, I’ll be cooking turkey, then cleaning up the mess. Do you ever think about the good ole days, when you went to someone else’s house for Christmas and Thanksgiving? Then, you grow up and have children. You become the one who makes the magic happen for everyone else. I never realized what an effort it must have been for my parents and grandparents (and in-laws) to make the holidays nice for me. The picture below is from 2012; a few years after we began cooking Thanksgiving dinner at our house.
