Have you ever been in the mood to do something fun? Last week, before designing this Magical Forest Vase and Bouquet, I went to the store with the idea that I would buy supplies to make something adventurous. Convention, popular opinion, and current styles were not allowed to block my creativity.
If you haven’t done so lately, I encourage you to take a twenty dollar bill (or more) and buy some exciting materials and construct something that makes you happy. Do not worry about what other people might think about your project, outfit, or whatever it is. The minute you do that, you’ll be just like everyone else, and no longer the unique creative you long to be.
Magical, woodland, and winter forest were the three themes that came to mind. I’ve always loved fairy tales and stories about the woods, gnomes, forest animals, and snowy scenes. It is a recurring theme in my work and on my blog. My first stop was the floral section. Click on the link below to watch the Instagram Reel.

adore. The painting is fun on the vase, the spotted ornaments w/ the mushrooms in the background so perfect.
Thank you! I was hoping people would relate the spotted ornaments to the fairy tale toadstools!
Love this and how it ties into your sweet painting. Featuring when my link party opens. Happy New Year and thanks for sharing your creativity at my link party throughout 2022.
Thanks, Carol, I am honored. I will drop by your blog party tonight.
