


Do you need an easy dessert to go with all those dinners you’ve been making at home lately? This No Bake Strawberry Shortcake recipe has a crunchy graham cracker crust topped with layers of pudding, strawberries, and whipped cream. If you like banana pudding, you’ll enjoy this strawberry version.
Ingredients for No Bake Strawberry Shortcake
Crust
- 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 9 inch pie plate
Filling
- 16 oz sliced strawberries
- vanilla pudding (3.4 ounces)
- 1 small tub cool whip
Directions:
Melt butter in a medium bowl, then add the sugar and graham crackers. Stir until blended.



Press the crust mixture in the bottom of a 9 inch pie dish. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the directions on the box. Spoon the pudding on top of the crust.



Slice the strawberries and layer them on top of the pudding. Cover the strawberries with whipped topping, and garnish the top with sliced strawberries.
